How do I update my billing info for my monthly gift?
If you made an online sustaining donation, you can modify your gift amount, skip a payment, update your billing info, choose your bill date, or discontinue payments from your Gift Service Center. To update your monthly giving billing info, start by logging into our donor hub. Your username will be your email address. Once you’re in the hub, click “Gift Service Center” and then “View Details” to update your billing information. How do I cancel my monthly gift?
If you made an online sustaining donation, you can cancel your gift, skip a payment, or edit your gift amount, billing information, and charge date from your Gift Service Center. To cancel your monthly gift, go to our Members section at atlantahumane.org/members and login.
