We’re not sure how it happened, but somehow, our sweet Bailey dog wound up with a broken leg and landed in our care.
We gave Bailey a cool red and blue cast to help his leg heal, and it didn’t take us long to realize he was going to need a cone too- he couldn’t stop nibbling on his cast!
We were so impressed with Bailey’s positive attitude as his leg healed! He didn’t let his injury get him down one bit. Throughout his entire recovery he was his usual, spunky self.
But when he finally got his cast off… he was ecstatic! In fact, he couldn’t sit still!
Bailey’s positive attitude during his recovery was an inspiration to all of our staff and volunteers at AHS. Best of all, Bailey found his forever family as soon as he was available for adoption! Way to go, Bailey!
