Atlanta Humane is moving to a new payment processor called Classy Pay on August 22. This comes with a few added benefits for you, including easier ways to make changes to your donation. You will also notice a change on your bank statement, and your incredible monthly gift will show up on this as ‘AtlantaHumane.Org.’

This change in payment processors shouldn’t have any effect on your monthly contribution. However, Classy did share that there’s a slight chance that some monthly donations may soft decline. This just means that your financial institution (i.e. your bank or credit card company) needs some time to warm up to the new payment processor. This is totally normal and, if this does occur, your donation should go through successfully in future months. Don’t worry, you won’t be double charged for a month that you miss due to a soft decline. If any issues with the processing of your donation arise, we will quickly reach out to you.

Once we switch over to the new processor, we’ll send you an email with login directions. With the new system, it will be much easier to log in and update all your donation information online!
