At our Marietta location, Atlanta Humane provides a wide range of services to support pets and the people who love them.

Our Crisis Response Center is a vital part of that work, allowing us to rescue more animals, assist more families, and respond more effectively during emergencies. We also offer cat adoptions, helping connect our adoptable cats with loving homes, and host weekly low-cost vaccine clinics to keep community pets healthy and protected.

In addition, our Marietta location provides Pets in Crisis support for families facing hardship and shows support for our partnership with the Dogs for Better Lives program. Together, these services make our Marietta location a strong, compassionate resource for our community.

A Stronger Georgia for Animals Starts Here

We’re proud to share that for the third year in a row, we have partnered with The Rachael Ray Foundation to award grants for capital improvement projects at animal shelters across Georgia.

We are so grateful for the volunteers dedicate their time, effort, and hearts to our animals at Atlanta Humane. Debbie Carozza consistently goes above and beyond, and her commitment has made a lasting and meaningful impact on our community.

Debbie supports our animals in so many meaningful ways, from dog care and kennel support to walking dogs and consistently volunteering at our vaccine clinics. She brings genuine heart and dedication to everything she does, and it never goes unnoticed.
