Meet Lelu! As you can see, this gentle and easy-going girl has beautiful long, golden, and cream-colored fur. She was born to be adored!
If you’re patient with getting to know her, Lelu will turn into a cuddle bug who loves getting her head scratched. She typically sleeps all day while her foster mom works, and then cuddles up with her on the couch and in bed for pets.
Lelu is quiet and prefers her environment to be the same. Because of this, Lelu would do best as the only pet in the home. Lelu’s foster mom reports that she’s the first cat she’s ever fostered who hasn’t woken her up at 5 a.m. for food or playtime!
Lelu has a heart murmur and requires some extra care for her stiff joints, but our adoption counselors would be happy to talk with you more about that.
If you’re interested in adopting Lelu, she qualifies for our Foster First Program. This means that you can take her home for 2 weeks prior to adoption to make sure she’s a good fit in your home.
