This one-hour mat Pilates class will feature a cool summer vibe, retro-inspired touches, and plenty of opportunities to interact with adoptable kittens throughout the session. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or trying it for the first time, you’ll enjoy a fun, approachable workout with playful feline interruptions along the way.

Guests will also be invited to join us after class for refreshments and extra kitten cuddles!

Instructor Bio: Nicole McDaniel is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, blending contemporary movement with the foundational principles of classical Pilates. Her teaching style emphasizes precision, strength, and intentional movement, creating classes that feel both dynamic and grounded.
