Timeline

• 1:00 pm: Arrive and settle
• 1:30 pm-2:30 pm: Silent reading hour
• 2:30-3:30 pm: Time to mingle with the animals and other readers

Parking at the shelter is limited so please plan ahead by carpooling, utilizing public transportation, or taking Uber/Lyft if possible.

Yes, we can do adoptions during this event! We will have extra volunteers at the shelter to help you visit with the animals and answer any questions you have.
