At only 4 weeks old, little Wildfire found himself stuck inside of a wall for multiple days. His tiny meows were finally heard, and he was heroically rescued by the Roswell Fire Department.

Fire Fighter Rescuing Cat

It took some time (and some serious power tools!) but Wildfire was safely pulled from the wall- soaking wet and terrified.

Fire Fighter Rescuing Cat

The brave Firefighters who rescued Wildfire contacted the Atlanta Humane Society, and we took him into our care. After being examined by our Shelter Medicine Team and receiving a clean bill of health, little Wildfire settled into a loving Atlanta Humane Society foster home.

Cat getting medical exam

Wildfire is a tiny kitten with a big personality, and we believe he was mostly feral before being rescued, so he’s learning to trust people and enjoying the finer things in life.

Cat being held
