At just six months old, Evie had already been through so much pain. She was suffering from demodex, a skin disease that has caused painful, open lesions to spread across her body. This sweet puppy loves to be pet, but there was hardly a single spot on her body that wasn’t an open wound.
We pulled Evie from a local animal control facility so that we could provide her with the treatment she needed. Evie spent months in foster care, curled up in a soft bed and receiving special medical treatment and baths to help soothe her sores and was then placed up for adoption.
