Cooper has been in constant pain.
When this 10-month-old puppy came into our care, our Shelter Medicine Team determined that he has a disease that causes pain in his hips.
He just underwent an invasive surgical procedure to restore pain-free mobility in his right hip and, once he recovers, will need another surgery to repair his left hip.
