About the Role:
Penny, a fun-loving, affectionate pup with just the right balance of playful energy and lazy-day vibes, is officially hiring her forever person. She’s looking for a human who enjoys long walks, tug-of-war battles, shared snack breaks, and the occasional couch cuddle with a floor fan blasting like it’s a Beyoncé music video.
Key Responsibilities:
– Throw toys in the yard like you mean it
– Tug. Of. War. (And yes, she plays to win)
– Provide consistent access to a comfy couch for post-zoomie lounging
– Be patient with new introductions
– Accept paw taps when you stop petting too soon
– Cheer her on when she coots off the couch in full goofball mode
– Learn and grow together (she already knows sit, shake, and down… and now she’s ready to learn more!)
Ideal Candidate:
– Has a house (Penny prefers her zoomies not be apartment-contained)
– Adults or older kids only, please—especially ones fluent in “dog body language”
– Understands that new people = slow intros, not surprise parties
– Appreciates a dog who’s equal parts workout buddy and nap partner
– Thinks crate-trained, couch-scooting weirdos are the best kind of roommates
– Possibly has another dog with similar vibes (laid-back but fun)
