Baldwin was found wandering the busy streets without a single hair on his body. He was desperately hungry, severely underweight, and suffering from a serious case of pneumonia.
Thanks to donors like you, Baldwin was placed in a loving foster home, given special baths for the itchy mange that was causing his hair loss, and provided medication for his pneumonia.
It took several months of specialized care in a loving Atlanta Humane foster home, but Baldwin finally started to feel better…and his skin began to heal. He gained the weight he needed to run and play like a normal puppy. Soon, he stole the hearts of his new mom and dad (and two feline siblings!).
We are able to rescue Baldwin and other animals like him only because of your generous support. You have saved countless animals who were on the brink of death, helped them heal, and found them safe, happy homes. But there is still more work to be done…
