Boss is a 9-year-old staffy mix who’s hoping to find a home for the holidays!
He has allergies which have cause some itchy flareups on his skin, but it’s nothing that isn’t manageable with the right loving home. He’s adored by all and lived in a wonderful AHS foster home for a while. His foster mom has this to say about her foster cutie:
“His name is Boss which in some respects fits because when we walk around the neighborhood people look at him with respect and admiration because of how dignified he looks when he struts along. But really his name could be Cupcake – the biggest one in the world – because he is sweetness dogified, heaping you with love and affection, including a sloppy kiss now and then. He listens to commands but he does have a will of his own too, exploratory and interested in everything he sees moving. And he’s even a great co-pilot when we are in the car!
He may be a senior citizen but he’s got years of lots of love and fun ahead to give and I can say that any family – probably best without other pets – could not go wrong by bringing this big Cupcake to his new forever home!”
We do require in-person adoptions, and while Boss wouldn’t like to live with a cat, we can accommodate (and will require) a meet and greet with any dogs or children currently in your home.
