AHS Heroes Program

The AHS Heroes program is designed to honor the young, mid-career and senior professionals in Atlanta and provide community service, philanthropy and networking opportunities. AHS Heroes is a unique vision born out of a desire to increase awareness throughout the community of the life-saving animal welfare programs of the Atlanta Humane Society. Top professional and community leaders are identified through application or by nomination from their peers or businesses. A maximum of 20 professionals will be selected through a competitive nomination process annually.

The Program

A fun kick-off AHS Heroes cocktail reception where you will meet your fellow Heroes is followed a few weeks later by a networking luncheon with a feature presentation from a member of the AHS animal welfare team highlighting some of the unique programs that AHS offers. Participants will meet and mingle with some of the community’s top business leaders as well as members of the AHS team. To cap it off, each individual will be recognized as a member of Atlanta’s AHS Heroes and honored for his/her professional, civic or philanthropic achievements at The Bow Wow Brunch on April 15th at Flourish.
