Cotton came to the Atlanta Humane Society after she endured a very scary injury- this sweet pup was bitten by a snake! One of our partner shelters asked if we could help with her medical care, so we welcomed her with open arms.
Thanks to your support, our expert Shelter Medicine Team examined her as soon as she arrived, and once we realized she wasn’t in immediate danger, she was prescribed medication to help with swelling and discomfort.
After a few weeks in a loving Atlanta Humane Society foster home, little Cotton is as good as new! She got spayed and will be placed up for adoption.
