You read that correctly: yoga … with puppies!
Puppy Yoga is appropriate for all skill levels and promises to be the most fun you’ve ever had at a fitness class. While you’re in downward dog pose, puppies will cover your face in kisses, and when you’re in cobra pose, perhaps a puppy will climb onto your back to take a nap.
Puppy Yoga is for ages 18+ and, for the safety of the Atlanta Humane Society pups, no outside animals are permitted.
