Little Bean was thoughtlessly abandoned and left to fend for herself while suffering debilitating injuries. A Good Samaritan called to let us know about the conditions Bean and 4 other cats were left in, and we worked with our friends at Fulton County Animal Services to bring them to safety.
Once we arrived on the scene, our Cruelty Investigation Team worked to bring all of them back to the Atlanta Humane Society for necessary medical care and treatment.
As our Shelter Medicine Team examined little Bean, they noticed her limping, and x-rays showed that her back left leg was broken and her jaw was fractured. She was immediately given the expert care she needed to help her heal from these injuries.
Despite all she’s been through, Bean is the absolute sweetest cat imaginable. She begins purring the second she enters your arms, and all she wants is to be loved.
