HOW YOU CAN HELP
The Atlanta Humane Society launched a $10 million capital campaign to support the new 32,000-square foot animal rescue and adoption center that opened in December 2011 in Alpharetta, GA. Even though the new Mansell Campus dog and cat adoption shelter is open, we are still trying to reach our financial goal to fund it. The AHS is actively in pursuit of raising donations from the community to fund the remodeling costs and bring shelter to those animals in need. Everyone can make a difference by giving even a small contribution to help the animals. Please consider a donation today, and invest in this important community resource. Donate Now!
The goal of our second facility is to further the mission, vision and moral obligation of Atlanta Humane Society. We have the tools, expertise, and capability of achieving success by broadening our horizons. This new facility will double capacity and allow us to:

- Double adoptions to over 12,000 per year
- Double animal intake and holding
- Significantly increase spay/neuter services
- Expand outreach and community involvement
