HOWELL MILL ANIMAL WELLNESS CLINIC- GENERAL EXAM AND FEES
The AHS Wellness Clinic is a 10,000 square foot animal hospital with two full-time veterinarians. It is a full-service clinic offering:
- Participatory services with many Atlanta area veterinarians
- AVMA approved full-service clinic
- PE+AID transport and animal rescue
- HOUSECALLS veterinary program for shut-ins
- Preventative care
- Emergency services during office hours
The Howell Mill Animal Wellness Clinic does not perform elective cosmetic surgeries such as tail docking, declawing or ear cropping, nor does it provide grooming or boarding services.

The walk-in exam applies to wellness visits only. Sick and injured pets do not incur an additional fee for coming without an appointment.
*Please note: the listed prices do not include necessary medications, food, or over-the-counter products. There is a charge for all first-time visit, walk-ins and emergency office visits. Prices are subject to change.
If you are more than ten minutes late for an appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
In order to allow us time to see our scheduled appointments and address your needs, walk-ins are accepted 8:30-10:30am and again from 1:00-3:30p M-F. If your pet is sick or injured you MUST arrive no later than 3pm. The Wellness Clinic can also be reached at animalwellness@atlantahumane.org.
